1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, whether as an advertiser or viewer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Service Description

Divine Display offers digital marketing solutions via TV kiosks located in dharamshalas and various Hindu religious places across India. Our services include:

• Information display for devotees regarding darshan timings, rules and regulations
• Advertising space for businesses and organizations
• General information about religious facilities and services

3. Advertising Content Guidelines

All advertising content displayed on our platform must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Content must be respectful of religious sentiments and cultural values
• No offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material will be accepted
• Products or services advertised must not conflict with religious values
• Content must not promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• All advertisements must comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations

Divine Display reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement that does not comply with these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Advertising Submission and Approval

All advertisements must be submitted for review at least 7 business days prior to the requested display date. Divine Display will review the content and notify the advertiser of approval or required changes.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for advertising services is based on location, duration, and frequency of display. Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment required at the time of booking
• Remaining payment due before the advertisement goes live
• All payments are non-refundable unless Divine Display is unable to display the advertisement as agreed

6. Display Schedule and Duration

Advertisements will be displayed according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. Divine Display reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the schedule if necessary for technical or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

Advertisers retain ownership of their intellectual property rights for content they submit. By submitting content, advertisers grant Divine Display a non-exclusive license to display the content on our platform for the agreed duration.

8. Information Accuracy

While Divine Display strives to ensure the accuracy of all information displayed, including darshan timings and rules, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Devotees should confirm critical information with appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Divine Display shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

10. Force Majeure

Divine Display shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature, power failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and protect any information that you give us, is a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review our Privacy Policy on our website.

12. Modifications to Terms

Divine Display reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
